In all my years working which is over 40 years, most of the Ontario Government's executive management harrass, intimidate and bully management and staff constantly in order to get work done. If you are not a member of a select few the above occurrs quite often. I'm surprised that people haven't resorted to violence but these people as usual are protected by the organization. I have and will be subject to the above treatment if someone I report to reads this comment. I forwarded this new law to our HR department and nothing has been done even though I know several complaints have been filed against certain managers.
